This morning Ms. Janice came into our classroom and did an activity with us. She taught us an Expanding Expression Tool (EET) that we can use to organize our thinking! We had to sort different animals based on what group they belonged in; Farm, Arctic, and Zoo. We also had a number talk in math, and we started looking at double digit subtraction!
This afternoon we finished our Social Studies research so that we can go on our trip to Iqaluit! We also got to have a recess because we did such a good job cleaning up today, and with our research!
Kid Talk:
RR: I like Social Studies!
JC: Me and M played 10 Frames.
MM: Today in catch up pickle time I finished N's birthday book page
KK: Today we did gymnastics in gym today
CT: In CP time I made a little jeep and a garage for it
AH: Today we did a number talk. I liked it!
