Today we started reading Magic Tree House: Polar Bears Past Bedtime as a class. We read the first chapter and are very excited to see what happens next! In Math today we also reviewed how to use an open numberline to help us with subtraction. Try answering the question 53-28 on an open numberline at home tonight.
This afternoon we each got our own 100's charts, and saw how many different ways we could skip count and land on 100, because it was the 100th day of school! We also learned about the Nunavut flag, and about what Inuksuks are. Ask your son what he learned.
